(All right, I'll allow critiques on this. I've been a little more interested lately to see what people think. That, and figuring I gotta redo some of the color work anyway...)

GUESS WHAT? THE PSD FILE FOR THIS IS NOW CORRUPT. The only reason I am not crying on the floor is because I got this saved right after I finished. Closed Photoshop, laptop froze while shutting down... yay corrupt file! (ADDENDUM: Well, I was able to pull a backup from the Time Capsule -yay for Apple automatically backing up stuff- so I have a PSD file that was about four or five hours away from finishing. If I feel sufficiently OCD at some point, I will probably go back and replace what I lost.)

Altra for ~MissOCPageant .

Name: Altra Quantica Darwin
Age: 93 (late teens for her race)
Occupation: President of the Galaxy

History: Altra's father was the previous President of the Galaxy (far, far away from here) until he was forcibly removed from office. The Council that ruled under the President organized a coupe that got a little out of hand. Altra's father was killed publicly and she was narrowly saved by one of his closest friends, a captain within the Armada (ruling fighting force within their race). The two of them hid away for a number of years until Altra "accidentally" (she still swears to this day) found access to the massive weapons held on her planet and in all the ships of the Armada. She then took over by force, basically telling the ruling Council members to step down or be prepared to exist in tiny pieces. As no control could be relinquished over the weapons, they conceded, thinking a small girl would be no match. They were quite mistaken. Altra took over, reclaiming the presidential title, and naming the captain who saved her Admiral of the Armada. Both their reputations were feared, leaving very few of their people who opposed them.

Personal Info: Altra is brutally smart and just as brutal in other ways. She has unparalleled skill in technology, far surpassing those of her peoples top scientists. She created two small robots able to create shields and have minor offensive capabilities and data collection (two orbs always near her, she fondly called Celsius and Kelvin). Altra despises idiocy, especially the close-minded political kind that ended up getting her father killed. After assuming the position of President she starts viewing the universe as her oyster, everything out there was made for HER. Altra may seem spoiled, but she's never unaware and completely blinded by this. She holds the keys to the Armada and would use that vast fleet to protect whomever she deemed needed help. Altra is not without compassion, it just takes a helluva lot for someone to receive it. The Admiral views her as his daughter since he and her real father were very close friends before the coupe. He would protect her until the end of time, and is often the one to soften the brutal edge that appears every so often.

Whoo! Description up! For the most part that's pretty good, I may want to refine it a bit more later.
